Yes, customer service was excellent. The doll is great and looks just like the advertised picture. Super soft and stretchy! She has the best lips for kissing! She’s pretty, beautiful, and arrived quickly. The doll is heavy and I personally would have chosen a lighter frame if available. It only took me a week to get used to it and now I don’t have to sweat to enjoy it. I’m very happy with it and will probably invest in another model soon. All in all, I’m very happy with it.
